About the Project
Huawei and Marvel Distribution launched Huawei eKit — a suite of network solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. To simplify familiarization with this product line and improve communication quality, SmartBot was created — an intelligent Telegram bot with a wide range of features.
Design Challenge
The key task was to create a unified visual language based on the styles of Huawei eKit and Marvel Distribution. The design had to be technological, modern, and easy to understand for a broad audience.
Bot Features
SmartBot helps users receive consultations, submit requests, track publications, work with the knowledge base, and use analytics. It is used by both clients and administrators — everything necessary is brought together in one convenient tool.
Mascot
The mascot acts as a friendly guide inside SmartBot, making communication clearer and more engaging. Its visual style combines technological elements with soft forms, making interactions with the bot modern and accessible.
Communications
The visual system is built on complex gradients and 3D elements. This combination makes the style light, modern, and cohesive. It unites the distinctive features of both brands into a single communication style.
Visual Elements
The icons were created using Midjourney in a predefined stylistic direction and then refined manually. They follow a shared system of lighting, materials, and color, forming part of the bot’s visual ecosystem.
